Service Description

Our purifying scrub dog skin treatment is perfect for dogs of all ages to exfoliate the dead skin cells and help remove dead coat. This effective treatment will leave your dog’s coat and skin feeling soft and silky. Infused with Activated Charcoal, Sandalwood, Lavender and sea salt that will draw out any pollution and toxins from your dog’s coat and skin. Your dog will receive a light rinse before applying a full covering of our signature purifying scrub. We leave the scrub on for 15 minutes to allow the ingredients to activate so your dog can receive the full aroma-therapeutic benefits of the treatment. During this time your dog will receive a relaxing head and back massage. When the scrub is ready to come off, your dog will be washed thoroughly in a warm bath using our all natural botanical shampoo and conditioner, blow dried and spritzed with our plant based nutrient dense cologne. If your dog has long hair or is double coated you will be charged for the next size up. *Please note that while every effort will be made to trim your dog’s nails, if they display aggressive behaviour or are incapable of sitting still to have their nails trimmed, this service may be void.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will be charged to the card used at booking a non refundable fee of $20. For all grooms we will assess your dog at the commencement of their appointment. Matted dogs will be charged an extra $30/groom. This is to cover the extended time required to safely remove matted fur. If your dog bites or shows signs of aggression or severe discomfort with the grooming process, we will not rebook your dog, and their initial groom may be cancelled depending on their demeanour. It is more important to us to have safe grooming for both our staff, and your dog.
