Doggy Styles Dayspa is a mobile service catering to Redlands residents. We travel from Hemmant down to Redland Bay. Please see the map for an indication of our service area.

My Local Vet

Doggy Styles has teamed up with My Local Vet in Capalaba to offer all of our signature services from their new purpose built facility EVERY TUESDAY! This means you can still attend a physical bricks and mortar location for your salon needs.

My Local Vet backs onto Capalaba shopping precinct so you can conveniently have your dog groomed while you do your shopping or have a coffee.

Do you Service the Islands?

While we don't attend the Moreton Bay Islands with our Mobile dog grooming service, we can offer a pickup and drop off service to the Victoria Point jetty. We can meet you at the jetty and transfer your dog to our home salon in Thornlands. We will arrange a suitable time to return your dog to you at the Victoria Point jetty. Frequently Asked Questions

Do you work in the rain?

If it is light showers we can continue to operate, however in heavy showers or rain we must cancel our mobile grooming service. If it is raining on the day of your appointment we will contact you to make alternative arrangements. If this happens you will have the option to 1. Bring your dog to our home salon in Thornlands to complete their service (we offer complimentary collection within a 10km radius), or 2. Reschedule the mobile service to another day.

Do you groom puppies?

Yes we take bookings for puppies. We consider any dog under 6months old to still be a puppy. During puppy grooms we allow extra time so your puppy can have a positive experience and not feel pressured or rushed.

This is my dog's first groom. What should I expect?

If your dog is unfamiliar with grooming equipment and procedures, it can be overwhelming for them. We allow extra time for first grooms so your dog is not pressured. While we will try our best to achieve a full groom, this is ultimately dependant on your dog. We consider first grooms part training and part grooming to set your dog up for a lifetime of positive grooming experiences. Checkout our blog for preparing your dog for their first groom!

I want to edit or cancel my booking, what do I do?

If you would like to adjust your booking or cancel your treatment, please give us a call on 0405419351 or email us at support@doggystylesdayspa.com.au so we can adjust our time accordingly.

Do you take big dogs?

Yes we love big dogs! Our trailer is extra large inside and has a large bath tub. We treat all sized dogs from miniature through to giant sized.

Are you a franchise?

No, we are a family run business located in Redlands, Brisbane.

Do you offer breed specific clips?

No. We offer general clipping and grooming services to suit your lifestyle. During your consult we will ask you how you like your dog clipped and what features are important to you. We will also assess your lifestyle needs and offer recommendations if needed.

My dog won't go in a trailer...

That's ok. While most dogs are comfortable in a trailer environment we understand that some can feel intimidated in confinement. In this circumstance, our warm bath showerhead and blow dryer can reach your pup outside of the trailer. Please let us know in advance if you think your dog need to be bathed outside as we will need to consider a suitable parking space to ensure your dog's safety during their bath.

Alternatively you can visit us at My Local Vet in Capalaba on a Tuesday where we work from within the premises.
